Websites and web apps · North Wales and the UK

A website built around what your customer needs to do.

I build bespoke websites and web apps from Kinmel Bay, North Wales, for businesses across the UK. That might mean getting a useful enquiry, selling a product or helping somebody choose the right service. We start there, then build the site around it.

What I can build

A service website with clear pages, a shop with a sensible buying journey, or a web app with a calculator, booking flow or customer dashboard. The scope depends on the job. A five-page site does not need the same build as a stock system.

Keep what already works

If your current website brings useful enquiries, I want to understand that before changing it. We review the pages, search traffic and customer journey, keep valuable URLs where practical and map redirects for anything that needs to move. A new design should not throw away working content.

If a straightforward hosted website builder meets your needs, that may be the better purchase. A bespoke build makes more sense when your process, integrations or customer journey need work that the standard setup cannot sensibly handle.

From the first call to launch

  1. Explain the job. Show me what customers do now and where they get stuck.
  2. Agree the scope. You get the pages, features, price, responsibilities and intended launch date in writing.
  3. Review the build. You check the content and test the important journeys before publication.
  4. Launch and support. We check the public site and monitor the agreed functions.

I need your service details, prices or quoting rules, branding, approved photos, existing website access and someone who can make content decisions. If you are selling online, we also need your delivery, returns and payment requirements.

Costs, timing and ownership

Website projects start with Launchpad at £1,500 to £2,500 setup, then £300 a month. Momentum is £3,000 to £5,000 plus £500 a month. Catalyst is £5,000 to £8,000+ plus £750+ a month. These are guide ranges. Your written scope confirms what is included, supplier charges and the full cost before you commit.

The published guide is 14 to 21 days for Launchpad, 21 to 30 days for Momentum and 30 to 45 days for Catalyst, sometimes phased. Content, access and integration requirements affect the agreed date.

Project payments are 50% up front and 50% on completion. The monthly service has a six-month minimum, then rolls with 30 days' notice. There is a 30-day warranty from go-live. Once paid for, the agreed build is supplied under a perpetual licence; your own materials remain yours. Hosting, support, supplier subscriptions and reusable underlying tools have separate terms.

Compare packages and commitments.

Questions worth asking

Do you only build websites in North Wales?

No. I am based in Kinmel Bay and serve UK businesses. We can work remotely. Any travel or in-person sessions are agreed as part of the project.

Can you improve my existing website?

Often, yes. I first check how it is built, what access you have and what is already working. The recommendation may be a narrow repair, an added feature or a rebuild.

Will a new website guarantee Google rankings?

No. I can improve how the site works and help search systems understand it. Indexing, rankings, AI mentions and enquiries depend on factors beyond the build.
