Analytics
Always on: Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool, self-hosted by us in the UK. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data in your browser. It counts visits and selected actions in aggregate. Enquiry receipts, booking requests and link clicks are separate events. A click is not a confirmed booking or a sale.
Only with your consent: PostHog, which shows us how the site gets used, including session replays of how pages are scrolled and clicked. It loads only after you choose "Accept all" on the banner. Anything you type into forms is masked in replays. The data is hosted by PostHog in the EU (Frankfurt). Choose "Essential only" and it never loads.
What we do store
On smaller screens, scroll the table sideways to see every column.

localStorage is stored in your browser. Website scripts can read it for the purposes described above. You can clear it in your browser settings.

You can withdraw your choice whenever you like. Click the button below and we'll forget your answer and ask again.
Third parties
- Our typefaces are self-hosted on our own server, so no font files are requested from third parties and no cookies are set.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site for security and speed and may set strictly necessary security cookies on some requests.
- PostHog processes the optional analytics described above on our behalf, hosted in the EU. It receives nothing unless you consent.
