We opened The Copper Table in 2014 in an old merchant's house just off Conwy High Street. The idea was simple. Cook the best of North Wales, keep the room warm and the welcome warmer, and let the produce do the talking.
Our beef and lamb come from farms we can drive to. The fish lands on the Conwy quay. Bread is baked in house every morning, and the wine list is chosen to go with the food, not to show off.
